The Soroban abacus is an ancient Japanese counting tool. At KidznBrainz, children learn to visualize the abacus mentally, performing complex arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) entirely in their heads — faster than a calculator.

Levels Breakdown
11 levels from A (basic counting) through K (advanced mental arithmetic with 6-8 digit numbers). Each level takes approximately 3 months to complete.
Class structure: 2 hours/week (1 class of 2 hrs or 2 classes of 1 hr). Practice worksheets for home. Monthly tests. Annual State Level Competition.
Who Can Join?
Children aged 4-12. No prerequisites. Start at any time during the year.
